Our Cost-Plus Billing Model ensures transparent and cost-efficient staffing solutions tailored to your business needs. This straightforward model breaks down costs into Direct Costs (e.g., salaries, benefits) and a fixed markup for operational overhead. With detailed invoices, predictable costs, and flexibility to scale, the model fosters aligned interests and confidence in your investment. Our commitment is to deliver quality service without hidden fees, supporting your growth and operational goals.
We bill our clients weekly for the hours worked from the previous week which includes the contracted bill rate and any costs that are available for billback (e.g. healthcare costs, bonuses, equipment purchases, etc.).
We don’t charge anything to get started (sweet, right?).
Yes, the minimum hours per week we allow is 10.
Since we are billing hours already worked, there are no refunds.
We have a dedicated accounting team that will assist with invoices, payment details, payments on file, and more. You will also receive access to a customer portal via Stripe to manage your invoices and cards on file.
Through our payment processor, Stripe, we accept all major credit cards. You may also pay with ACH.
If you have an issue of any kind with your hire and need a replacement, we offer free lifetime replacement guarantees. Please note that this replacement must be the same position as previously placed (i.e. you must replace an administrative assistant with an administrative assistant).
